Technical Description:

ZB12V-0001 is an intelligent BMS protection board designed for 4S LiFePO₄ 12V automotive batteries. It integrates advanced battery management functions, including active balancing technology that monitors individual cell voltage in real time, optimizes energy distribution, and accurately calculates SOC/SOH while automatically updating battery capacity information.

The BMS supports current-limited charging. When charging overcurrent occurs, the current limiting function can be manually activated to regulate the charging current at a stable 5A level, ensuring safer and more reliable charging performance.

In addition, ZB12V-0001 provides comprehensive protection and alarm functions, including over-voltage, under-voltage, temperature protection (2-channel cell temperature + 1-channel MOSFET temperature), over-current, and short-circuit protection. It supports a continuous discharge current of up to 100A and an active balancing current of 2A.

Through 4G communication, the BMS connects to its built-in cloud platform and supports remote monitoring via WeChat Mini Program, parameter configuration, remote battery locking, OTA firmware upgrades, and sleep/wake-up control. Cloud data storage and intelligent alarm notifications further enhance battery safety, management efficiency, and user experience.
